Stop rear-cover coolant leaks on a Duramax

OE rear engine covers on the 6.6L Duramax tend to weep coolant as the gasket ages. Fleece's thicker billet block-off plate uses an integral square-cut O-ring so no separate gasket is required.

Direct replacement for GM 97941204 and 12698239.
