FASS No-Drop Titanium Signature Series 165 GPH fuel system

The FASS No-Drop Titanium Signature Series is a frame-mounted lift pump with built-in filtration, sized here at 165 GPH for 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC 6.6L Duramax. It feeds the engine's injection pump with fuel that has already been filtered, dewatered and stripped of air.

Per FASS, the system filters to 2 microns absolute with microglass media, removes more than 99% of water (FASS cites third-party testing), and pulls entrained air and vapor out of the fuel with FASS’s patented separation process.

Fuel the engine doesn’t use goes back to the tank through the filters, so the whole tank keeps getting cleaned as you drive. FASS calls this Mass Flow Return.

This is the No-Drop version. It comes with FASS’s Single Bolt Fuel Sump in 6061-T6 billet aluminum: drill one hole in the bottom of the tank and bolt the sump in. The sump has both the suction and return ports, so you never have to drop the tank.
