FASS Titanium Signature Series PLUS 100 GPH fuel system

The FASS Titanium Signature Series PLUS is a frame-mounted lift pump with built-in filtration, sized here at 100 GPH for 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC 6.6L Duramax. It feeds the engine's injection pump with fuel that has already been filtered, dewatered and stripped of air.

Per FASS, the system filters to 2 microns absolute with microglass media, removes more than 99% of water (FASS cites third-party testing), and pulls entrained air and vapor out of the fuel with FASS’s patented separation process.

Fuel the engine doesn’t use goes back to the tank through the filters, so the whole tank keeps getting cleaned as you drive. FASS calls this Mass Flow Return.

The PLUS package upgrades the plumbing. The filter base gets O-ring boss (ORB) ports and the rest of the lines use AN-style fittings, all in black anodized finish.

FASS recommends the 100 GPH size for stock up to about 600 hp.
