FASS Titanium Signature Series PLUS 165 GPH fuel system

The FASS Titanium Signature Series PLUS is a frame-mounted lift pump with built-in filtration, sized here at 165 GPH for 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC 6.6L Duramax. It feeds the engine's injection pump with fuel that has already been filtered, dewatered and stripped of air.

Per FASS, the system filters to 2 microns absolute with microglass media, removes more than 99% of water (FASS cites third-party testing), and pulls entrained air and vapor out of the fuel with FASS’s patented separation process.

Fuel the engine doesn’t use goes back to the tank through the filters, so the whole tank keeps getting cleaned as you drive. FASS calls this Mass Flow Return.

The PLUS package upgrades the plumbing. The filter base gets O-ring boss (ORB) ports and the rest of the lines use AN-style fittings, all in black anodized finish.

Duramax owners, stock or modified, who want cleaner fuel to protect the injectors and injection pump, with water and air pulled out before they reach the engine.
