MPP 6.0L T4 non-VGT turbo kit (kit only)

This is MPP’s V2 kit for mounting an S300-style T4 turbo on the 2003-2007 6.0L Power Stroke. This SKU is the kit only, with no turbo or turbine housing. MPP designed it from OEM CAD files.

It uses a billet 6061 lower pedestal with a sliding upper pedestal to make the install easier, and an oil drain built into the pedestal with O-ring seals. The 304 stainless up-pipes are 0.120 in. wall to handle high EGTs, with heavy-wall bellows and billet bellow braces. It has a 3/4 in. transitioned T4 flange and machined two-bolt manifold flanges.

The kit keeps the factory EGR up-pipe connection and bolts to the stock downpipe.

Who it's for

6.0L Power Stroke owners replacing the factory VGT with an S300-style turbo they already have or are buying separately.

Fitment notes

• Listed for: 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke.
• Made for S300-style turbos. Some Garrett and Precision units may fit, but MPP does not guarantee it.
• You may need to modify your air intake to fit.
• MPP warranties the parts it makes in house for life against defects. Turbochargers are warrantied by their maker, not MPP.
• MPP does not publish a CARB E.O. number for this part. California buyers: make sure it is legal for your truck before you order.
