Description
Serious transmission cooling
BD's double-stacked Xtrude cores are rated at over 40,000 BTU per hour, and BD says they drop temperature 36 percent more than its standard single-core kit.
Two hundred micro-extruded passages give a large surface for heat transfer, and turbulent oil flow helps cool more completely. Large 5/8 in ports avoid restriction, the furnace-brazed rails are tested to 300 psi, and a thermostatically controlled 80-watt, 10 in, 800 CFM electric fan manages oil temperature automatically.
