Description
More holding power for the 68RFE
BD's electronic pressure control module raises clutch apply pressure as high as 250 psi, for 150 percent of the holding force, to stop clutch slip. It adjusts the hydraulic apply pressure on the fly from boost and engine load.
The transmission must be able to take the higher line pressure: BD requires its separator plate kit or comparable transmission modifications.
