Description
A clean turbo upgrade
The Iron Horn kit is BD's straightforward turbo upgrade for the third-generation 5.9L Cummins, and a good way to replace a tired turbo and an aging exhaust manifold at the same time. It installs as a drop-in.
It pairs a BorgWarner SX-E cartridge with a 2-piece pulse exhaust manifold, aimed at better performance with lower EGTs and drive pressure. This configuration uses the S363SXE/80 with a 0.91 A/R turbine housing.
