Gear control and braking
BD's TapShifter swaps in a factory-looking shift lever that puts gear control at your fingertips for passing, pulling and climbing hills. You can reach all five gears, limit upshifts to stop gear hunting, and control downshifts.
Built-in electronic exhaust brake control uses the factory variable-geometry turbo as an exhaust brake, building up to 70 psi of backpressure for added retarding force.
