Description
A stronger flexplate
BD machines the FleX-Plate 1.5 times thicker than stock from quenched-and-tempered 100 ksi steel. The counterweights are machined in, and each plate is balanced tighter than OE spec.
A black oxide finish resists corrosion and guards against the hydrogen embrittlement that can lead to cracks. It bolts in where the stock plate was, works with any OEM or aftermarket converter, and suits racing, towing or stock trucks.
