Description
A stronger converter for the 68RFE
BD designed the 68RFE ProForce for stock and modified 6.7L trucks making roughly 350 to 550 flywheel horsepower on the street or towing. Its Enhanced Stall cast-aluminum stator is BD's own design, improving efficiency and low-rpm response.
The billet-forged front cover has heavier walls and beefier mounting pads, and the converter runs an 11.625 in dual clutch. Turbine fins are furnace brazed for better fluid coupling, and new piston damper springs help it last.
