Description
Get all of your exhaust brake
If the converter isn't locked when the exhaust brake comes on, you only get part of its retarding power. BD's Auto/PressureLoc commands lock-up and holds it any time the brake is applied in third or fourth gear, and with no clutch slip, transmission temperatures stay down.
Lock-up and the brake release automatically at low speed to prevent stalling or converter damage, and the unit raises fluid pressure to help the clutches hold.
