ATS billet input shaft

The stock input shaft is a known weak point once you add power, tow heavy or run bigger tires. When it snaps or twists, the truck stops moving, and it can take the converter, pump and seals with it.

ATS builds this input shaft from billet steel. The idea is not just more strength. A billet shaft can twist a little further under load without breaking, so it absorbs the hits that crack a factory shaft.

This is a two-piece design in 300M billet. ATS recommends it whenever power or towing goes up, and it is made to handle earlier-than-stock converter lock-up.
